Self-drive rental terms and conditions

In our company, you can rent a car with or without a driver.
It’s important to remember that driving in Georgia has its own specifics, so certain requirements are imposed on renters.
If you do not have sufficient driving experience, it’s better to opt for renting a car with a driver.

📋 Main Requirements for the Renter:

Age: from 21 years old. For sports cars and convertibles, from 23 years old.
A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

🛂 Required Documents:

Passport
Driver’s license

⏱️ Mileage Restrictions:

Most cars have a daily limit of 300 km.
For sports cars and convertibles — 200 km per day.
Exceeding the mileage limit incurs additional fees, so we recommend clarifying details before renting.

🌍 Area of Use:

The car may only be used within the territory of Georgia.

💰 Deposit and Insurance:

Cars are available both with and without a deposit. Mid-range cars can be rented without a deposit by arranging additional insurance.
Premium and sports cars require a deposit of $500 to $4,000.
All cars are insured (CASCO and third-party liability). Standard CASCO has a 4% deductible and does not cover damage to windows, tires, or the interior. Extended CASCO with zero deductible is available at an additional cost.
In the event of an accident, you must call the police. Compliance with traffic rules is essential: the company reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of serious violations. Careful use of the vehicle and adherence to rental conditions will be rewarded with our quality service and discounts for regular customers.

🚭 Smoking in our vehicles is prohibited:

If we find traces of smoking or cigarette odor in the car, the deposit will not be refunded.

⚠ For Gross Traffic Violations:

First time: Verbal warning.

Second time, deductions from the deposit:
Speeding by 50 km/h – $100 fine;
Speeding by 70 km/h – $200 fine;
Speeding by 90 km/h – $300 fine;
Speeding by 110 km/h – $500 fine;
Speeding by 120 km/h – $1,000 fine;
Speeding by 150 km/h – $2,000 fine.

Third time: Unilateral termination of the agreement.

⛐ Drifting in the car is prohibited:

Penalty: Termination of the rental agreement without refund of the deposit.
